Camp / Clinic / Skill Session Registration Instructions

All camp registration is done on-line at www.signuptoplay.com.  Instructions for registering are below.   You must print out, sign, and mail us a Participant Release of Liability .  

To register for camps and clinics:

  1. Go to www.signuptoplay.com
  2. Log in or Create a new account. (PARENTS: make sure to create a Junior Member account for child, NOT an adult account for yourself.)
  3. Click on the 'Camps & Clinics' link on the left hand side of your screen
  4. Click 'Register for Camp'
  5. Camp Location: select 'Minnesota'
  6. Company Name: select 'Northern Lights Juniors'
  7. Camp Name: select desired camp / clinic
  8. Camp Session: select desired session
  9. Click the 'Save' button
  10. Print out and sign the registration form
  11. Print out and sign the Participant Release of Liability form.
  12. Mail both forms and payment to the address below.

To pay by credit card: in SignUpToPlay.com add a credit card.  Then select the "payment" button next to the camp / clinic you've registered for and follow the on screen instructions

All forms for registration on this site are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. If you need the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you may get it free by clicking on the Adobe image at the bottom of this page. If you get an error message when attempting to open the form, it means you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.

All camps & clinics will be held at Midwest Volleyball Warehouse

Our gym is a state-of-the-art volleyball facility that is Air-Conditioned.  Attending camp on those hot summer days is much more enjoyable!
