    Favorite Volleyball Moment:
Watching players develop over the season and grow into stronger more intelligent players has always been a highlight for me. Coaching, it's rewarding to see players trusting each other offensively and defensively. From stuff blocks players make to executing routes and earning kills, the payout of players' hard work is rewarding. Playing, some of my favorite memories stemmed from making digs hitters were confident they would get a kill on or making a surprising play to keep the volley alive.
